Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate has a strong backend focus, FinTech experience, and can independently own features from planning to release.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Experience in FinTech, including lending, payment processing, banking integrations, or financial reporting.
• Experience building SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other data-heavy applications.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Redis, and Docker.
• Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Material UI.
• Clear communication in an async-first environment.
• Work independently and own features end-to-end.
• Active use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or AI agents.

Nice to Have

• Lending or mortgage experience.
• Financial calculations and interest schedules.
• Document generation and e-signatures.
• Workflow automation.
• Legacy system migration.
• AI-assisted financial workflows.
