Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native), Blueworks CRM

Who we are:
My partner (from Ukraine) and I started a window cleaning business in the US. We needed better software to run it, so we built our own. That became blueworks.app, a field service CRM (scheduling, quotes, invoicing, SMS/voice, payments) for window cleaning, landscaping, and similar businesses. Today 220+ active businesses are subscribed and we're growing fast. https://blueworks.app/

The app was built solo, AI-first ("vibe coded"), and it works and works pretty well. Now we're hiring our first developer to help us grow it properly.

Stack: React 18 + TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL (Drizzle), Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Capacitor (iOS/Android), Twilio, Stripe.

What you'll work on:

• Security: audit and harden the app (multi-tenant isolation, auth, webhooks)
• Performance: make the app faster and more efficient
• Offline mode, big one: techs must be able to work in the field without signal
• Advanced statistics: big reporting/analytics upgrade of all users
• UX flows: smooth out and improve core user flows
• Internal CRM: build our own tool for client follow-ups
• Plus ongoing smaller features and fixes

Who you are:

• Strong with our stack (React/Node/TypeScript/Postgres)
• AI-native: you use Cursor / Claude Code / Replit daily, but you read, understand code you ship
• Self-driven, product-minded, comfortable working directly with founders
• Good English or Ukrainian/Russian communication

Details:

• Full-time only: this is not a part-time or freelance gig, we want someone fully committed
• Remote, long-term role with room to grow into a lead position as the team expands
• Paid test task as part of hiring.
