Backend Developer

Backend Developer 

Quintagroup is looking for a Backend Developer to join a European company working in solar energy and IoT. You'll build backend systems for a range of products from dashboards that visualize live sensor data (moving sensors and panels that rotate based on weather conditions and time of day) to sales platforms for solar panels. You'll work with real-world IoT data and an international team, with room to own features end to end.

Technology stack: Node.js + Python.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js and Python
• Build and integrate APIs that process data from IoT sensors and devices
• Support data visualization dashboards with reliable backend logic
• Write robust, tested, production-grade code

• Collaborate with an international development team

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial experience as a Node.js backend developer
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Comfortable working with databases

• English — B2+ ( spoken and written)

   

Nice to have: experience with IoT / sensor data, real-time data processing, cloud platforms (AWS).
