Senior Developer (Python, AWS, Platform) Offline

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our Platform Team. You'll design and build scalable backend services, improve developer productivity, and lead technical initiatives across the engineering organization.

Tech Stack

• Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes
• SQL
• CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code
• GraphQL (nice to have)
• LLM / AI applications

Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Candidates should currently reside in Europe or be willing and able to relocate to Europe.
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with production AI/LLM applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and writing English language communication skills. 

Nice to Have

• Platform engineering experience.
• GraphQL.
• Microservices architecture and monolith decomposition.
