We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager to own our client acquisition through design platforms: Behance, Dribbble, and Contra. 

This is a great entry point into IT sales no prior experience required, we'll train you and provide everything you need to start.
 

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects and job posts on Behance, Dribbble, and Contra matching our ideal client profile
• Apply to relevant projects with personalized proposals on behalf of the agency
• Handle initial written communication with potential clients in English
• Move conversations toward booked meetings and hand warm leads to sales
• Keep the CRM (Notion) updated daily every submission and reply logged same-day
• Use AI tools to craft high-quality outreach
   

Requirements

• Written English B1 or higher (all client communication is written)
• Attention to detail and consistency in daily routine
• Full-time availability
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
   

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with Behance, Dribbble, or Upwork
• Understanding of design or mobile development services
