Senior Full-Stack Engineer
About the project:
We are pivoting our product from an isolated point tool into a high-scale LLM-driven dictation and reporting platform. Our goal is to become the ultimate backend orchestrator for medical reporting, allowing any third-party frontend (used by radiologists and AI agents) to plug into our ecosystem.
We are adopting a pragmatic, fast-paced development philosophy: building a high-functioning MVP to validate the market, capture user dictation data, and route it efficiently to our backend.
A new team member will be in charge of:
- Architect the MVP: Own the design of fast, reliable, and cost-effective services that can be easily adapted or rewritten as the platform scales.
- Backend Orchestration & Integrations: Drive connectivity between our platform and core medical and audio backend systems, including Dolby, medical Viewers, and PowerScribe.
- Data Capture & Security: Build a secure data-capture mechanism from the browser using a Zero-Trust API network browser captioning concept to intercept and aggregate user dictation.
- Database Migration: Lead the design and execution of migration strategies across multiple distinct database environments.
Frontend Integration: Build flexible reporting panels and integrate dictation modules (via Iframes or custom components).
Does this relate to you?
- Senior-level experience in Backend development (.NET) with solid Frontend capabilities (React).
- Integration Expert: Proven track record of connecting disparate third-party APIs, handling WebSockets, audio streaming, or LLM data pipelines.
- Healthcare Expert: Strong experience with the healthcare domain and tools as PowerScribe, HL7, medical viewer etc.
- Browser Internals: Deep understanding of browser APIs, network capturing, security protocols, and potentially Iframe communication/Chrome Extensions.
- Database Agnostic: Strong experience handling complex data migrations across different database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- At least B2 level of English
AI Tool Proficiency: Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or LLM APIs) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with speech-to-text or LLM orchestration frameworks.
