Sales/Lead generations manager

We provide AI and MLOps services to product IT companies across Europe and the USA. As we scale into new markets, we're growing our sales team.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience (IT/tech services preferred);
• Full sales cycle experience — from lead gen to closing;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Interest in AI/ML market — willingness to quickly learn the domain.

Responsibilities:

• Find and acquire new clients in Europe & USA;
• Present services, handle objections, close deals;
• Manage CRM;
• Hit KPIs on meetings, leads, and contracts;
• Work closely with the technical/delivery team.
