About the Role
This role combines commercial coordination and inside sales support with hands-on logistics execution, ensuring accurate quoting, efficient order processing, and seamless shipment management - from factory to warehouse and onward to the customer.
You will act as a key point of coordination between customers, the EU sales team, and internal operations, taking ownership of orders from quote through to final delivery.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with significant ownership, ideal for someone building a career in operations, supply chain, or commercial delivery within a product-based organization.
Working hours: 9 AM-6 PM Kyiv time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Management
- Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with high accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and delivery status
- Follow up on submitted RFQs/RFPs and support sales pipeline progression
- Maintain and update customer records including contact, shipping, and billing information
Logistics & Delivery Execution
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to execute shipments
- Communicate delivery schedules and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Operations Coordination
- Track and update order and purchase order status within ERP
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally across European markets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, problem-solving mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
