About SOFTPROM
SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with more than 25 years of experience, actively expanding its cybersecurity business across Europe.
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our cybersecurity business across the DACH region by identifying new customers and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Location
The ideal candidate should be fluent in German, but does not need to be based in Germany. We are open to candidates located anywhere from Ireland to Ukraine, provided they can effectively work with customers in the DACH region.
Cooperation format
- Fully remote
B2B contract with the parent company (Austria)
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers across the DACH region.
- Prospect through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, networking).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Generate a qualified sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Work closely with BDMs, Presales, and Marketing.
- Meet lead generation and pipeline KPIs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in SDR, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Interest in cybersecurity or enterprise IT.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Languages
- German โ Fluent (required)
- English โ Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Experience selling IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales engagement tools.
- Experience working with Enterprise customers.
- Experience working in or with the DACH market.
