Flutter Developer (Offline-first)

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join a new mobile project for an Android tablet application.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in mobile development, preferably 3+ years with Flutter
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience with offline-first mobile applications
• Experience with SQLite or other local mobile storage
• Experience with API integration
• Understanding of background sync on Android
• Experience or solid understanding of WorkManager
• Ability to work with an existing architecture and follow technical guidelines
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English

• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex business logic

   

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features for the Flutter tablet application
• Implement offline-first logic and local data persistence
• Build and maintain SQLite-based local storage flows
• Implement automatic sync with the backend API when Wi-Fi is available
• Work with PIN-based authentication and role-based user flows
• Implement exam scoring flows, timers, deductions, and result submission logic
• Follow the provided architecture and coding guidelines
• Collaborate with the client’s technical lead and our delivery team

It will be a plus:

• Experience with Android tablet applications
• Experience with background isolates in Flutter
• Experience with sync queues, retries, and conflict handling
• Experience with WorkManager in production apps
• Experience with complex form/scoring/business logic
• Basic understanding of .NET API integration context
