About the Role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer, you will join a core product team and take ownership of cross-platform, multi-architecture C++ modules used in advanced data processing and analytics systems.

You will be part of a small and independent team that owns a customer-facing product end to end. The role combines hands-on C++ development, system design, performance optimization, CI/CD automation, and integration with customer environments.

You will work closely with software engineers, hardware specialists, algorithm developers, and product stakeholders, contributing to both technical implementation and product evolution.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cross-platform C++ software for Linux and Windows environments.
• Build and maintain interfaces and language bindings using Python, Java, and C#.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work with build systems and CI/CD pipelines using CMake, Bash, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and responsiveness of host-based and edge systems.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and support customer integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in lab, production, and customer environments.
• Create and maintain design documentation, test plans, and implementation specifications.
• Implement and validate complex algorithms developed by in-house algorithm teams.
   

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in production-grade C++ development using C++11/14/17.
• Experience developing software for both embedded and host-based systems.
• Strong experience with build systems, automation, and CI/CD tools such as CMake, Bash, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, version control, performance optimization, and testing methodologies.
• Experience building cross-platform software for Windows and Linux.
• Strong focus on code quality, clean conventions, documentation, and maintainability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams and customers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python, Java, or C# for application integration.
• Familiarity with SQLite3 for embedded or application-level database use.
• Experience with SWIG for generating C++ bindings for higher-level languages.
• Hands-on experience with post-silicon testing or automated test equipment such as Advantest or Teradyne.
