Webflow Developer (Webflow + Custom Code)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a junior+ developer who already has practical experience with Webflow and wants to grow in Webflow, frontend development, website optimization, and technical integrations.

This is not a role for someone starting completely from scratch.

We need a person who understands how Webflow projects are structured and can work not only with standard Webflow blocks, but also with more complex sections, custom code, embedded scripts, forms, analytics, CMS, and third-party integrations.

The ideal candidate can build pages from Figma designs, maintain a clean Webflow structure, work carefully with responsive layouts, and gradually take ownership of website-related tasks.

The main expectation is that during the first month the candidate will be able to confidently build simple pages or sections and help with custom Webflow blocks under team guidance.
 

Main responsibilities

• Build Webflow pages and sections based on Figma designs.
• Update existing website pages: texts, images, buttons, forms, links, and sections.
• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Maintain a clean Webflow project structure: classes, sections, components, CMS, templates, and reusable blocks.
• Integrate custom or complex blocks into Webflow.
• Work with Webflow Embed blocks and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Add and support third-party scripts, widgets, forms, and basic integrations.
• Configure forms, buttons, links, events, and basic analytics tracking.
• Support Webflow CMS pages and templates.
• Perform basic SEO tasks: titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt texts, URLs, and page structure.
• Help with technical optimization of website pages.
• Check pages before publishing: responsive layout, visual issues, links, forms, loading speed, and SEO basics.

• Work closely with the designer, product manager, and development team.

   

Required skills
 

Webflow

• Practical experience with Webflow.
• Experience building websites, landing pages, or individual sections in Webflow.
• Understanding of Webflow structure: sections, containers, classes, components, CMS, forms, and templates.
• Ability to keep the class structure clean and understandable.
• Experience with responsive layouts in Webflow.

• Ability to prepare pages for publishing and check them before release.

   

Custom code and integrations

• Basic experience with custom code in Webflow.
• Understanding of Webflow Embed blocks.
• Ability to add custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript when needed.
• Understanding of how to integrate custom or complex blocks into Webflow.
• Experience with third-party scripts, widgets, forms, or analytics tools would be a strong plus.

HTML / CSS / JavaScript

• Good understanding of HTML and CSS basics.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Understanding of layout principles, spacing, typography, positioning, Flexbox, and responsive behavior.

• Ability to work with visual details: alignment, margins, paddings, font sizes, colors, and consistency.

   

Figma

• Ability to read and understand Figma designs.
• Ability to check spacing, typography, colors, and layout structure.
• Ability to export images and assets.
• Ability to accurately transfer design from Figma into Webflow.

SEO and optimization

• Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn quickly.
• Understanding of page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt texts, URLs, and semantic page structure.
• Basic understanding of website performance and image optimization.
• Ability to check forms, buttons, links, and page correctness before publishing.

Good to have

• Experience with Webflow CMS.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Experience integrating HubSpot forms, Calendly, Typeform, Make, Zapier, or similar services.
• Experience with third-party scripts and widgets.
• Experience with simple Webflow animations.
• Experience with Lottie, Spline, video embeds, iframe blocks, or 3D embeds.
• Basic experience with API integrations or dynamic data insertion.
• Understanding of technical SEO.

• Understanding of basic website performance optimization.
