Launch Manager / Production Consultant

HESH is a Production OS for hand crafted manufacturers — PLM, MES, ERP, and MRP in one platform, powered by AI agents. We're looking for a Launch Manager / Production Consultant who does two things: helps factories optimize their production, and owns the rollout of HESH, from the first conversation to the point where the factory runs on the platform daily and sees real value.

This is a role for someone who understands how a factory actually runs and can turn that understanding into both advice and results.

What you'll do

Production consulting (pre-sale & standalone value)

• Run production audits and optimization consultations for factories: map their real processes, find bottlenecks, waste, and blind spots
• Show factories, concretely, how to plan better, distribute tasks smarter, and track output, with HESH as the tool that makes it stick
• Turn these consultations into a trust-building entry point that naturally opens the door to working with HESH

Launch & implementation (post-sale)

• Own onboarding for new customers: plan the launch, align on milestones, keep timelines on track
• Configure the platform for each factory's processes (specs/BOMs, tech packs, routings, work centers, roles)
• Organize data migration and setup (items, orders, inventory)
• Train the customer's teams, from technologists and pattern makers to floor supervisors and management
• Drive customers to their first value (TTFV) fast and reduce early churn

Product bridge

• Feed real factory insight back to the product team: translate what you see on the floor into requirements and escalate blockers

What we expect

• Real understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally garment/textile, but adjacent discrete manufacturing works too
• Experience implementing or administering ERP/MES/MRP systems, or a strong implementation or production-improvement background
• The ability to walk into a factory, quickly grasp how it works, and articulate where it loses time and money
• Strong customer-facing skills: consulting, training, and expectation management
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking that breaks factory chaos into clear, repeatable steps
• Fluent English; Ukrainian is a strong plus for local rollouts

Nice to have

• Experience in bridal / occasion-wear or fashion manufacturing
• Lean / production-optimization or industrial-engineering background
• Familiarity with ERP systems (BAS, 1C, SAP, or similar), inventory, and production planning
• Technical foundation: basic SQL, understanding of integrations and data import
• SaaS / startup experience and comfort with a fast-changing pace
