Project Manager (Digital Transformation)
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Sigma Software’s IT Solutions department and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across the company. CUSTOMER
Sigma Software’s IT Solutions department is responsible for building and evolving internal organizational capabilities through the implementation and development of business applications and digital solutions. The department supports multiple business functions across the company and focuses on improving operational efficiency, collaboration, automation, and employee experience through modern technologies and transformation initiatives.
PROJECT
The project portfolio includes enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing internal processes, and implementing scalable digital and AI-powered solutions across the company. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple parallel initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders while ensuring transparent delivery, effective communication, and incremental business value

Job Description
- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams
- Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and expected outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements
- Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows
- Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation
- Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
- Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
- Intermediate English level or higher
Will be a plus
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
