About the Role
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary mission is simple: find and close new B2B clients who need custom software development or IT services. You will be the bridge between companies with technology challenges and our expert delivery team.
This is a commission-only role โ meaning your earnings are directly tied to your results. High performers can expect significant income with no ceiling on what they can earn.
What You Will Do
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across the European Union through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking events, and referrals
- Qualify leads and understand their software/IT needs
- Present our services and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with our technical team
- Negotiate and close project contracts
- Hand off signed clients smoothly to the project delivery team
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report on activity regularly
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
- Self-starter mentality โ comfortable working independently
- Professional-level English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to have:
- Background in IT, software, or SaaS industry sales
- Existing network of EU-based businesses that may need software development
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
