Team Lead (C# /.NET) Offline

We are looking for a Team Lead (C# /.NET)

Requirements:
- Leading by example style of leadership, and experience leading SCRUM teams
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET
- Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, and C#
- Strong experience with relational databases, especially MS SQL or PostgreSQL, and ORM tools
- Hands-on experience with designing and optimizing database schemas and queries
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS)
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) is preferred
- Understanding of best practices for monitoring and observability of web applications
- Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing. TDD, BDD, and shift-left practices
- Familiarity with microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture principles
 

Will be a plus:

- Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, React, Vue
- Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
- Experience of building high-load distributed backend systems
- Knowledge of LGTM stack
 

Responsibilities:

- Adjust and define the SCRUM process in the team, following shift-left and other best practices on the market, by prioritizing the SDLC speed. With a product-oriented mindset
- Coaching. Continuously evolve the soft and hard skills of the team.
- Develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards
- Develop and manage database solutions utilizing PostgreSQL databases
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services effectively
- Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, estimations, and iterative improvements. Follow shift-left with TDD/BDD
