We're a fast-growing web AI subscription product in active scaling phase, looking for a Middle+/Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Google Ads as one of our key growth channels.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (USD/EUR-pegged) + quarterly KPI bonus, with upside tied directly to channel performance and your impact

What you will do:
- Own and scale Google Ads, optimizing CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic quality
- Identify and launch new growth opportunities across GEOs, funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Scale spend while maintaining strong unit economics
- Analyze full-funnel performance beyond ad-platform metrics
- Contribute to tracking, attribution, and value-based bidding improvements
- Support the launch and scaling of Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads
Participate in launching new products and acquisition directions
What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, with experience scaling campaigns across US & Tier-1 GEOs
- Experience with web2web and/or web2app funnels
- Experience in subscription products, trials, or recurring revenue models
- Proven experience managing or scaling $300K+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback, and traffic quality
- Understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, and attribution
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (team communication, reporting)
- Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap with Cyprus timezone
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads
- Experience automating repetitive UA workflows and processes
