Middle Project Manager

About us:        

Presidio is a Bay Area-based Shopify Plus development team with over 10 years of experience building some of the best stores on Shopify Plus. We're a great team that designs and develops eCommerce themes for the Shopify Theme Store, builds custom themes for Shopify Plus merchants, and builds our own products(Apps) for Shopify.  Our team is remote and based in the US (California, Washington, Texas) and Europe (Ukraine, the UK, and Bulgaria).

Project Manager vacancy location: Cherkasy, Ukraine / Remote

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the dev team (Cherkasy and Europe).
• Communication and negotiation with clients and colleagues from the United States. 
• Manage project teams and monitor team performance. 
• Organizing the work of the team around the required tasks.
• Monitoring the process of the project, priorities, and deadlines for completing tasks.
• Tracking the load of tasks and the team progress (resource management).
• Creation of a transparent communication environment between all participants of the process.
• Handle client feedback in terms of the general development process.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation (estimates, delivery plans, SOW)

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or in-like roles/businesses.
• Upper-intermediate and higher English level.
• Experience with Shopify is a huge plus!
• Strong communication skills, high level of self-organization, consistency, and analytical thinking.
• Goals & success-oriented attitude for making the project process as smooth as possible for all project members.
• Ability to formalize and describe requirements.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to build teamwork following the Agile methodology.
• Experience with Asana or Jira (or any other tasks management tool), Everhour, or Harvest (or any other time management tool) will be a huge plus.
