AI QA Lead
Most QA roles ask you to test software. This one asks you to rethink how testing works from the ground up. Taking on a high-impact role spanning all Glorium Technologies projects, your immediate focus will be our flagship healthcare SaaS platform. With AI features already in production, you will lead the charge to help our QA function evolve and catch up. The challenge: replace manual-heavy processes with AI-driven pipelines, build frameworks that can actually evaluate LLM behavior, and make sure clinical data flows are handled with the rigor they require. It's a hands-on lead role with real ownership over where quality engineering goes next.
Does this relate to you?
- 6โ8+ years in QA or Quality Engineering, with a track record of owning strategy โ not just executing test plans.
- You've integrated AI into the testing lifecycle โ automated test case generation, self-healing scripts, or LLM-assisted log analysis โ and can show what that looked like in practice.
- Expert-level experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) across web, API, and mobile layers, with solid CI/CD integration skills.
- Comfortable working with observability tooling (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar) to analyze system behavior and surface quality signals.
- Familiar with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements โ you know how to handle synthetic PII, what to mask, and why it matters in a clinical context.
- AI tools are a core part of how you work โ you use them daily to accelerate test design, generate synthetic data, and optimize prompts, not just to write boilerplate faster.
- English โ Upper-Intermediate.
A new team member will be in charge of:
- Own the QA strategy end-to-end โ and evolve it into an AI-first quality system that scales with the product.
- Drive AI-assisted and self-healing test automation, replacing manual-heavy workflows with pipelines that run themselves.
- Lead quality assurance across healthcare SaaS workflows โ ensuring correctness of clinical data flows and compliance with HIPAA and GDPR requirements.
- Mentor the QA team on AI tooling, prompt engineering, and automation thinking โ shifting the team's mindset, not just their toolset.
