Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/TypeScript + React) — Healthcare Web Platform

We need an experienced full-stack developer to maintain and extend a live production healthcare platform (clinical portal + patient-facing app) handling scheduling, patient records, invoicing, questionnaires, and automated SMS/WhatsApp/email messaging. You'll own features end-to-end and keep a production system healthy. The platform processes sensitive health data, so a security-conscious mindset is a must.

You'll: build REST APIs and business logic, develop two React front-ends, model data in MongoDB, manage Redis caching/sessions, maintain integrations (messaging, email, storage, AI), run background/cron jobs, and handle deployments plus production debugging.

Required:

• 5+ years full-stack experience
• Node.js + TypeScript (Express), production-level
• React + TypeScript, Vite, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Ant Design
• MongoDB/Mongoose + Redis
• REST APIs, JWT auth, role-based access
• App security & data privacy (encryption, secrets, PII)
• AWS (EC2, S3, SES, Secrets Manager, ElastiCache)

Nice to have: healthcare/regulated-domain experience (GDPR/HIPAA), Twilio, AI/voice APIs, PM2, Sentry, Jest.
