Analyst/Consultant - SAP BPC 10.1 (Senior)

We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC 10.1 Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. 

This is primarily a functional support role, focused on L2/L3 support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP BPC processes. 

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) 10.1 with strong knowledge of financial planning and consolidation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BPC 10.1 environments.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor SAP BPC 10.1 solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, including Excel Add-In related problems.
• Analyze root causes of incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support business users with functional and technical issues related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Ensure financial processes within BPC are well-controlled, robust, and aligned with business requirements.
• Perform system health checks, issue analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.

• Support change requests, enhancements, and system upgrades where required.

   

  Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP BPC 10.1.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
• Expertise in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation financial processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SAP BPC 10.1 environments.
• Strong understanding of common SAP BPC issues and troubleshooting techniques, including Excel Add-In related errors.
• Experience ensuring process robustness, data integrity, and operational stability within BPC.
• Proven background in Application Management Services (AMS) and L2/L3 support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Tax residency in Ukraine is required.

• Experience working in global support environments.
• Knowledge of SAP BW and related SAP planning solutions.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
