Full-stack Node+React Developer

We're looking for an experienced Full-stack Node+React Developer to join a product engineering team building software for a rapidly growing technology platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, architecture, and AI-driven automation.

You'll own complex business domains, design scalable solutions, and drive projects from discovery to production while collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving real operational problems and leveraging modern AI tools to increase development velocity and business impact.
 

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of one of the platform's core business domains and become the technical expert in that area.
• Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Design and build scalable backend and frontend solutions using modern TypeScript technologies.
• Apply AI and LLM-powered approaches to improve engineering productivity, automate workflows, and solve business challenges.
• Work closely with Product Managers to shape product direction, define technical solutions, and prioritize initiatives.
• Make architectural decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, flexibility, and speed of delivery.
• Own projects end-to-end—from discovery and technical design to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to raising the overall engineering standards across the team.
   

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems from concept to production.
• Solid understanding of modern TypeScript ecosystem and experience (or willingness to quickly learn) technologies such as tRPC, Drizzle ORM, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Experience working in fast-paced product environments with evolving requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high level of ownership.
• Strong product mindset and ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools and LLMs in software development workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.
