DevOps Engineer

JOB TITLE: DevOps Engineer 

LOCATION: Ukraine (remote), Poland (remote), Uzbekistan (Hybrid)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The organization assists large-scale businesses in bridging cryptography oversight and future-proof security planning with tangible risk scenarios and compliance requirements. Leveraging several years of applied experience in quantum-resistant initiatives and collaborations across a broad range of enterprises, the offering provides a new class of platform focused on long-term cryptographic flexibility.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 
3+ years of experience as DevOps / SRE or a related field 

EDUCATION:
BS or MS in Math, Computer Science, Engineering 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP (multi-cloud environments)
• Expertise with container-based technologies, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift 
• Expertise with infrastructure as code, configuration management tools, and cloud automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
• Good understanding of networking and security concepts 
• Experience in defining and building CI/CD processes and working with common CI/CD tools, including GitOps-based delivery with Helm and ArgoCD
• Experience in Linux Systems Administration, scripting, and troubleshooting in a production environment 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently 

NICE TO HAVE: 

• Awareness of Cryptography concepts and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications) 
• Experience with microservices, serverless architecture 
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana) 
• Knowledge in Jenkins, Groovy, CDK 
• Experience with scripting using languages such as Python, Go, PowerShell, etc
• A passion for everything performance, observability, availability, scalability, and security with experience owning and delivering projects using Agile methodologies 

DUTIES:

• Top of Form
• Design and implement new service offerings on top of a strong cloud foundation 
• Support development teams in leveraging our larger machine learning operations (MLOps) 
• Drive the design, implementation, and management for expanding observability infrastructure, keeping up to date with new technologies 
• Lead sustainable incident response, blameless postmortems, and production improvements that result in direct business opportunities 
• Collaborate with software development and the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain multiple business offerings 
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and practices
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. 
• Manage and secure cloud-based environments (AWS) 
• Implement and maintain configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Collaborate in designing and implementing security best practices throughout the development and deployment pipelines 
• Take part in periodical On-Call responsibilities, alongside your fellow team members 
• Define and document best practices across all pillars of DevOps/SRE
