About the Mission
A major banking organization (Wing Bank) is undergoing a large-scale QA transformation.
~70 QA engineers
Multiple teams and delivery streams
Complex enterprise environment
Existing QA model requires full assessment and redesign
Your role is to diagnose, redesign, and elevate the entire QA function into a scalable, modern quality organization.
This is a high-impact consulting engagement directly with senior leadership.
What You Will Own
You will step in as an external QA authority and:
Audit the entire QA organization (structure, people, processes, maturity)
Evaluate test strategy, governance, and quality standards
Identify systemic gaps and execution risks
Redesign QA operating model for scale
Define transformation roadmap (short + long term)
Align QA function with enterprise delivery model
Advise and influence senior stakeholders
Support implementation of quality improvements across teams
What This Role Really Requires
This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, not tickets.
We are looking for someone who has:
8–15+ years in QA / Quality Engineering leadership
Held roles such as:
Head of QA / QA Director / Test Director
QA Consultant / Transformation Lead
Senior Test Manager (enterprise scale)
Proven experience auditing or restructuring QA organizations
Strong background in:
Test Strategy & Governance
Enterprise QA frameworks
Quality maturity models
Experience in banking / fintech / regulated environments
Ability to operate at executive / advisory level
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership

You’ve built or redesigned QA organizations at scale
You’ve worked in consulting or advisory environments

Engagement Model
Remote-first role
Quarterly onsite travel to Cambodia (1–2 weeks per visit)
Long-term transformation program
