Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who understands the IT outsourcing/outstaffing market and enjoys building relationships through strategic outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Research target companies and identify decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Founders, VP Engineering, Heads of Product, etc.).
- Build high-quality prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Create and manage multichannel outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
- Personalize outreach using account research, triggers, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Keep CRM data organized and up to date.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Marketing and Recruitment to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales Manager/ SDR experience in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
- Strong understanding of software development services and the outsourcing sales process.
- Proven experience booking qualified meetings with international clients.
- Experience with modern sales tools, including: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, HubSpot CRM, Apollo.io, Clay or similar outreach platforms
- Experience with AI tools for research and personalization (ChatGPT, Clay AI, Perplexity, etc.).
- Ability to build outbound sequences and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written English (B2+ or higher).
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling custom software development services.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with CRM automation and lead enrichment.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with US or European markets.
