Requirements:

β€” 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner in a crypto, fintech, or IT product company.
β€” Hands-on experience with user onboarding flows.
β€” Experience working with third-party integrations and external service providers.
β€” Experience with analytics, user funnels, funnel optimization, and conversion-related metrics.
β€” Ability to work with complex and high-risk tasks, identifying the best acceptable solution considering business, technical, regulatory, and risk-related constraints.
β€” Strong ability to decompose high-impact solutions into clear, manageable delivery steps.
β€” Experience in delivery planning, prioritization, and coordination of product or operational changes.
β€” Ability to manage several contexts and initiatives simultaneously without losing focus on priorities.
β€” Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly align expectations, explain solutions, and manage stakeholder communication.
β€” Experience participating in product discovery, including analysis of new scenarios, flows, and business needs.
β€” Experience communicating with involved stakeholders, conducting demos, presenting solutions, and setting up operational flows.
β€” Upper-intermediate written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level).

 

Responsibilities:
β€” Be deeply involved in the Onboarding direction, covering the user journey from Visit to First Deposit.
β€” Analyze and optimize user funnels, including registration, email and phone verification, KYC/KYB, onboarding, activation, and deposit scenarios.
β€” Prepare functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation required for development.
β€” Describe business logic for Web, Mobile, and Admin Panel solutions.
β€” Document API interactions and integration logic together with technical teams.
β€” Work on integrations with external services and third-party providers.
β€” Conduct requirement walkthroughs with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of scope, logic, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
β€” Participate in the discovery of new product initiatives, including analysis of user needs, business goals, risks, and possible implementation approaches.
β€” Prepare solution proposals for stakeholders, taking into account regulatory requirements, risks, technical feasibility, and business impact.
β€” Decompose solutions according to product strategy, risk level, regulatory requirements, and delivery priorities.
β€” Maintain and update the roadmap of onboarding improvements and related product changes.
β€” Synchronize solutions between two or more services, ensuring consistency of logic, user experience, and implementation approach.
β€” Identify impacted services and coordinate or delegate the necessary updates to the responsible teams.
β€” Conduct demos, presentations, kick-offs, and other alignment meetings with stakeholders and delivery teams.
β€” Define relevant stakeholders for each initiative and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the delivery process.
β€” Analyze scope, dependencies, and potential impact of proposed changes.
β€” Identify, highlight, and communicate risks related to product solutions, implementation, regulatory requirements, or operational processes.
β€” Act as an internal customer for updates in other projects when changes impact the onboarding direction.
β€” Conduct competitor analysis for new onboarding scenarios, product flows, and user journey improvements.

 

Would be a plus:
β€” Experience working with regulatory requirements, AML, Compliance, or Legal-related processes.
