Community Manager (US Market)
We're looking for someone to be the living, helpful voice of Trucker Guide across the US trucking community.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow Trucker Guide's presence across U.S. trucking communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms).
- Engage with truck drivers through meaningful conversations, answer questions, and represent the brand authentically.
- Manage daily community interactions across Trucker Guide's social media channels, including responding to comments and escalating complex issues when needed.
- Monitor industry discussions to identify trends, driver pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
- Publish scheduled content and ensure active community engagement after each post.
- Collect and share community insights, recurring questions, and content ideas with the marketing and product teams.
Requirements: strong English (Upper-Intermediate+), deep understanding of the US trucking audience and Reddit/Facebook culture, comfortable engaging without sounding corporate, quick to learn the product.
