Senior QA Engineer (Manual+ Auto)

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python-based test automation, API testing, and working with databases, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes. This role involves maintaining high-quality standards and supporting the delivery of reliable software in an Agile environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Reviewing and testing new features, user stories, and bug fixes from current sprint.
• Performing exploratory testing sessions to discover edge cases.
• Writing and updating automated tests for new functionality.
• Maintaining test documentation and updating test cases.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Validating business logic and user workflows, providing feedback on feature feasibility and usability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Python (Pytest, Requests, Playwright).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar).
• Basic SQL knowledge, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD or similar).
• Strong experience in regression testing, defect management, and overall quality assurance across multiple releases.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Russian.
   

 Nice to Have:

• Experience with trading platforms or financial domain projects.
• Experience testing high-load or real-time systems.
