We develop advanced AI solutions for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), working closely with defense and dual-use tech companies across Ukraine, Europe, and NATO member states.


We are not looking for a traditional "salesperson" to pitch products or close deals. Instead, we need a sharp Researcher and Analyst to unlock severe leverage for our commercial team.


Your mission will be to systemize repetitive, manual prospecting, map out the global defense market, and engineer a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Account Qualification: Classify target accounts by readiness (Unaware vs. Actively Looking vs. Already Committed) and identify subtle technical integration signals.
  • Personalized Outreach: Execute smart, highly tailored outreach via LinkedIn and Email. No generic spam templates β€” every single message must be context-aware and deeply personalized. You will own the initial hook and rigorous follow-up execution.
  • CRM Sovereignty: Maintain absolute hygiene in our CRM (Hubspot/Pipedrive). Track outreach history, log drop-off reasons, and ensure zero duplicate records

     

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience. We are completely fine with hiring a brilliant graduate with little commercial sales experience. If you have a background in International Relations, Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Analysis, or Engineering, you'll feel right at home.
  • Language: Fluent, professional, and natural written English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced is a strict requirement).
  • Your Superpowers: Deep curiosity (finding a needle in a haystack via Google/LinkedIn is your sport), high structure (you love spreadsheets and order), and relentless discipline (you never drop a follow-up).
  • Domain Interest: A genuine fascination with defense tech, AI, hardware, and the UAV ecosystem.
