Spacebring is a Ukrainian product company backed by Google. It transforms coworking space operations by eliminating bottlenecks, automating bookings, billing, and daily tasks. Today, Spacebring powers hundreds of spaces across 55+ countries β€” including well-known names like Kooperativ, Creative States, Diia Business, Google for Startups, Impact Hub, and many more.

We are looking for a customer success specialist to work with our Customer Experience team. A passion for communication and excellent problem-solving skills are a must. 

 

Your responsibilities
 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of the Spacebring platform with best practices.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and turn them into Spacebring advocates.
  • Onboard new customers via online calls and email, guiding them through the implementation and setup process.
  • Maintain a 98% or higher retention of assigned customers by proactively engaging with them through calls and emails to improve activation.
  • Contribute customer feedback and insights to the Product and Go-to-market teams.
     

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of working experience in customer support, success, or sales in a product company.
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian writing and speaking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
     

As a plus

  • Availability to travel across Ukraine and internationally to meet with customers offline.
  • Familiar with a coworking space concept.
  • Strategic thinking.
