Technical Lead / Lead Backend Developer (.NET)

We are looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Backend Developer (.NET) to join our growing team, working on a long-term engagement on an enterprise SaaS project specializing in Microsoft 365 governance.

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering background in .NET / C#
• Proven leadership / team lead experience - able to guide and support a team of senior developers, not just strong individual technical skills
• Real, hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure
• Experience working with GitHub-based workflows
• Experience building or maintaining complex B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
• Comfortable working directly with engineering leadership on the project side
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback, collaborative and non-defensive in working style
• B2 English 
   

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 senior backend developers
• Structure and prioritize backend engineering work, review technical decisions and architecture
• Act as the main technical point of contact for the project's Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager
• Drive backend development for complex B2B SaaS features: API integrations, automation, rule-based systems, admin dashboards, analytics/reporting, access control and audit logging
• Contribute hands-on to backend development as needed
• Help the team integrate smoothly into the project's existing engineering workflow and product development process
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly to project stakeholders

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SharePoint or Teams customizations and compliance/governance tooling
• Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing engagements with European clients
