Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/React Native+Node.js)
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI HealthTech startup backed by founders who previously built one of Europe's largest consumer technology companies and investors behind several global unicorns.
This is a high-impact product engineering role where you'll own features end-to-end across web, mobile, backend, infrastructure, and internal tooling. You'll work in a small, highly autonomous engineering team building an AI-powered health platform used by consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Own product features from design through production
Build web and mobile applications using React and React Native (Expo)
Develop backend services with NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Build and maintain internal Python tools
Design and improve APIs, subscriptions, payments, and webhooks
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GCP
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality features
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience
Leverage AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with React and React Native / Expo
Production experience shipping mobile apps to TestFlight and/or Google Play
Strong Node.js experience with NestJS (or similar opinionated framework)
Experience building subscription or payment systems (Stripe preferred)
Experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma, Drizzle)
Ability to write raw SQL when needed
Experience with Docker and CI/CD
Experience working in cloud environments (preferably GCP)
Professional English

Healthcare or HealthTech experience
GDPR or HIPAA compliance exposure
Native iOS/Android debugging (Xcode, Android Studio)
Experience with Fastlane
Product analytics experience (Amplitude or similar)
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Python for automation or internal tooling
