The Head of Training and Development is responsible for developing and implementing training and professional development strategies for employees in the organization. He or she manages a team of trainers and HR development specialists, contributing to the development and growth of employees' competencies in accordance with the business needs and the company's strategy.

 

Job Tasks:

Developing and implementing staff training and development strategies in line with business needs and the company's strategy. Planning and organizing training events, seminars, workshops and other training formats to develop key competencies of employees. Implementation and use of innovative learning methods and technologies to improve the efficiency of learning processes. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs and making appropriate adjustments. Managing a team of trainers and staff development specialists, ensuring their professional growth and development.

 

Areas of Responsibility:

Developing and implementing training and development strategies for staff. Organization and planning of training events and trainings. Use of innovative training methods and technologies. Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training and development programs. Management and development of a team of trainers and staff development specialists.

 

Education:

Candidates for the position of Head of Training and Development usually have a university degree in pedagogy, psychology, human resources management or a related field. Additional courses in learning and development management are an advantage.
