Senior .NET Developer for Trading Systems

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to take ownership of our OMS (Order Management System), Hub API infrastructure, and core backend services supporting mission-critical trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve backend services using C# and .NET.
• Support and evolve OMS, Hub API infrastructure, and related backend systems.
• Design scalable, high-availability APIs and distributed services.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, Docker environments, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and system observability.
• Support broker, exchange, market data, and third-party integrations.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices.

   

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, maintaining, and supporting large-scale production systems.
• Expert-level C# and ASP.NET experience.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Strong AWS infrastructure experience.
• Strong Docker experience.
• Experience with Redis and high-performance caching systems.
• Experience designing REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience supporting systems with strict uptime and reliability requirements.
• Experience leading technical design decisions and architectural reviews.
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive decision-making.
