Head of TikTok Shop Operations
At AMS Pilot, we are looking for a strong, systematic operational leader—a "Light CEO"—to take full ownership of the management and development of our TikTok Shop (TTS) department.
This is a role for someone who has already mastered the TTS ecosystem and is ready to act as the true owner of this business unit: making autonomous decisions, building scalable processes, and taking full responsibility for the financial bottom line. Your primary goal is to build an autonomous system that operates like clockwork through clear SOPs, minimizing founder involvement in day-to-day operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- P&L and Metric Management: You are not just responsible for vanity metrics (like CTR or video count); you are responsible for the entire department’s profitability. You will manage budgets, costs, margins, and drive GMV growth for our shops.
- System and Process Building: We don't need a "firefighter." Your task is to design, implement, and enforce SOPs within the TTS department so that the system remains stable and scalable, functioning even without your minute-to-minute supervision.
- Team Leadership: You build the team yourself. You handle final interviews and make hiring/firing decisions. The founder is completely hands-off in this process.
- Client Management: You lead client relations and are responsible for reporting results to key accounts. You conduct meetings independently, present strategies, and own the results without the founder in the room.
- Testing and Hypotheses: Constant research and validation of new strategies, algorithms, and tactics to scale TikTok Shop operations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Deep TTS Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience specifically with TikTok Shop (mandatory). You understand the platform's specifics, tools, pitfalls, and promotional algorithms.
- Business/E-commerce Background: Experience managing P&L or leading an agency/business account in e-commerce—minimum 6–12 months.
- Management Experience: Proven leadership track record (having managed a team of at least 2–3 people).
- Language Skills: English level B2–C1 (mandatory). You can negotiate fluently and confidently with English-speaking clients, present results, and resolve complex issues.
- Frontline Experience: You have personally handled client communications and operated on the front lines.
- Mindset: You are a systematic person who loves order and detail. You enjoy refining a single process for months, automating it, and driving it to perfection, rather than chasing chaotic new ideas.
