Senior Front-End Developer
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join an established international product company that builds and maintains modern web-based solutions for businesses across multiple markets.
About the role
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in modernizing a large-scale web application by migrating it from AngularJS to Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular and NX
• Participate in the migration of legacy AngularJS applications to modern Angular versions
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and designers
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Conduct code reviews and support less experienced team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices
Requirements:
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end technologies
• Strong expertise in AngularJS and Angular, including hands-on migration experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with NX monorepos and modern package management tools
• Experience with build and automation tools
• Solid experience writing and maintaining unit tests
• Strong knowledge of SASS or similar CSS preprocessors
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Nice to have
• Experience with Node.js, PHP, or other backend technologies
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration-driven applications
• Experience working with relational databases
• Knowledge of Linux-based environments and command-line tools
