QA Automation Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Senior/Lead) to join our team and maintain and extend test automation. This is a key role where you will define the automation strategy, design and implement the framework, integrate it into CI/CD, and ensure long-term scalability of automated testing in the project.
 

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall automation strategy for the project.
• Design and maintain a test automation framework from scratch.
• Automate regression and functional test cases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively use AI tools to generate, optimize, and accelerate test automation.

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to identify testing priorities.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Solid programming skills in JavaScript, Java or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (Playwright, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github actions, etc.).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership of the QA automation domain.

• Hands-on experience in exploring and implementing AI-driven automation solutions

   

Nice to Have

• Experience working with legacy environments or older frameworks.
• Knowledge of API and performance testing tools (Postman, JMeter, etc.).
