Strong Middle Data Engineer / Blockchain Integration Engineer

About the Project

We are building a next-generation tokenization platform that bridges traditional enterprise systems with blockchain infrastructure. The platform enables secure asset tokenization, real-time data processing, smart contract execution, and seamless integrations with external financial and enterprise systems.

We're looking for a Strong Middle Engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, building reliable data pipelines, and working with blockchain technologies in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data processing pipelines.
• Build integrations between enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and blockchain networks.
• Develop services responsible for asset tokenization workflows.
• Integrate and interact with smart contracts.
• Process and validate on-chain and off-chain data.
• Design event-driven architectures for transaction processing.
• Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure data consistency across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, blockchain developers, DevOps, and solution architects.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

Backend

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• REST API and GraphQL.
• Microservice architecture.
• Async programming.

Data Engineering

• SQL (PostgreSQL).
• NoSQL databases.
• ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Data validation and transformation.
• Large-scale data processing.

Blockchain

• Experience integrating blockchain networks.
• Understanding of Ethereum ecosystem.
• Smart contract interaction (Web3).
• Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Wallet integrations.
• Transaction lifecycle understanding.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Docker.
• Kubernetes (basic knowledge is sufficient).
• AWS or Azure.
