Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS / Kubernetes)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a project for our EU-based client in the FinTech domain.

You will work on a modern cloud infrastructure and be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving highly available and secure environments.
 

What you’ll do

• Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Work with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments
• Work with Elasticsearch and related infrastructure
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues
• Collaborate with developers and other technical teams
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, especially Amazon EKS
• Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices
• Strong knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD
• Production experience with Elasticsearch
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and high-availability concepts
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex production issues independently
• Good English communication skills

• Experience in FinTech / financial services
• Experience with highly regulated or security-sensitive environments
• AWS certifications
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar monitoring tools
• Experience with Helm
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python
