Currently, we are seeking a data-focused and result-oriented User Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing global team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in TikTok, and sometimes supporting team with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Google UAC for promoting Zutobi ptoducts.

 

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience with planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns in TikTok, or Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google UAC.
  • Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, ROAS, etc., and the ability to apply them in work.
  • Experience with US and European markets
  • Experience with web-to-web acquisition funnels (Google, Meta) — understanding of funnels, metrics, and landing pages/quizzes.
  • Proficiency in setting up and utilizing marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach: the ability to analyze data and metrics, and the capacity to adapt advertising strategies and optimize budgets for maximizing profitability.
  • Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.

 

About your responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop paid advertising strategies for user acquisition, product growth and increasing profitability.
  • Planning, developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns TikTok , or sometimes Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google UAC to achieve business goals.
  • Managing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, tracking key metrics, and delivering regular progress reports to demonstrate achievements and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strategically planning, overseeing, and optimizing the advertising budget to maximize the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Utilizing analytical tools to gather insights, identify opportunities for improvement and guide data-driven decision-making in advertising strategies.
  • Reporting on DEMO and team meeting
