Backend Python Developer
Our startup is growing fast, and we already have real clients using and testing the product. That is why we are looking for a strong Python Developer with practical experience in AI solutions who wants to join us at an early stage and become part of building a real technology company.
We are not looking for someone who just needs “another job.”
We want to find a person who wants to become part of the team, grow together with the startup, and have a real impact on the product.
After 6 months of successful cooperation, we are ready to offer equity in the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop the backend part of the product using Python
- Integrate AI solutions into the product, including Claude
- Integrate and work with Google OR-Tools
- Participate in product architecture decisions
- Work with data: processing, analysis, and business logic development
- Help build scalable technical solutions from the early stage
