We are looking for a strong Technical Specialist to bring order to our Zoho ecosystem from scratch, automate cross-departmental processes, and integrate our systems with external platforms. You will work directly with the CEO and have full technical ownership of your decisions. It is a long-term remote position.

 

What we are looking for
• Deep hands-on experience with the Zoho product suite (Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, etc.).
• Proven track Record of setting up complex triggers, automations, and lead distribution logic.
• Strong ability to build CRM-to-CRM integrations via API or native connectors.
• Readiness to gather requirements independently from scratch, as there is currently no existing documentation.
Detail-oriented specialist without sacrificing delivery speed.
• Driven by a genuine interest in technology and automation.
• Proactive mindset: ready to attend weekly meetings with department heads and propose process improvements.
• Practical approach: comfortable building a clean integration from scratch if it is faster than troubleshooting old setups.

 

What You Will Build and Solve in the First 90 Days
For Sales: Rewrite event and trigger logic, and fix team capacity issues (e.g., preventing 10 meetings from dropping onto a single sales representative).
For Marketing: Complete the system health check for lead routing and transfer from the CRM.
For Support: Set up automated responses for ticket intake and dynamic status updates based on the issue type.
For HR: Optimize operations and configure the Zoho suite for internal HR processes.
Integrations: Connect our CRM with our clients' systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Real Simple.
Innovation: Implement an AI agent to analyze and evaluate sales team calls.

 

A Typical Workday
• Prioritizing tasks from the Jira backlog or incoming Slack requests.
• Gathering requirements and documenting the scope for specific departmental needs.
• Configuring Zoho, testing live integrations, and performing CRM health checks.
• Collaborating with the team: you will have direct support from Serhiy, our developer, who can guide you through our system nuances.
