Product QA Engineer

🌀 Malva is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building a Sales Execution Platform that helps revenue teams improve sales execution, CRM discipline, and forecasting.
 

🔍 We’re looking for a Product QA Engineer who enjoys not only finding bugs, but also improving product quality, user experience, and product consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who likes thinking beyond test cases and wants to help shape a product from the ground up.
 

Working Model

• Part-time (4 hours/day)
• Remote, Office(Lviv) or Hybrid
• Flexible schedule
• Direct collaboration with founders and product team

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of new features and releases of web application (later - mobile)
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• Validate acceptance criteria before releases
• Identify edge cases and product inconsistencies
• Create clear bug reports in Jira
• Verify bug fixes
• Participate in sprint planning and product reviews
• Help improve QA processes and release quality
• Provide product and UX feedback from a user perspective
• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience
• Experience testing web applications or SaaS products
• Strong product mindset and curiosity about how users interact with software
• Understanding of test design techniques
• Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking systems
• Ability to write clear bug reports and test documentation in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
   

Nice to Have

• Experience testing CRM, SalesTech, RevOps, or B2B SaaS products
• Experience reviewing or writing product requirements and identifying gaps before development
• Experience working in startups
• API testing experience (Postman or similar)
• Basic SQL knowledge
