Graphic Designer (Paid Social) for Digital Marketing Agency

The Company is looking for a talented Paid Social Graphic Designer to support creative production across a portfolio of fast-growing ecommerce brands.
 

In this role, you will focus on designing high-performing static advertising creatives for paid acquisition channels. We are seeking a designer who understands direct-response marketing, creative testing strategies, and how compelling visual design drives campaign results.

This is a performance-focused design position where success is measured by creative output, testing velocity, and contribution to ongoing marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
 

Static Ad Production

  • Design static advertising creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
  • Execute creative concepts developed by creative strategists and marketing leads
  • Produce multiple ad variations to support testing initiatives
  • Ensure visual consistency across brands, campaigns, and creative frameworks
     

Creative Testing Support

  • Create variations of ads using different hooks, offers, messaging, and layouts
  • Iterate on existing concepts based on campaign performance insights
  • Support high-volume creative testing programs
  • Organize and maintain creative asset libraries
     

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with creative strategists, video editors, and marketing teams
  • Manage multiple creative requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Maintain organized design systems, templates, and file structures
  • Deliver assets on schedule while meeting quality standards

     

Requirements:
 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Proven experience creating paid social advertising creatives
  • Experience working with e-commerce or performance marketing brands
  • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles
  • Solid knowledge of design hierarchy, messaging structure, and conversion-focused design
  • Familiarity with Meta advertising creative best practices
  • Experience supporting creative testing and optimization initiatives
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
     

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative strategists
  • Experience designing creatives for UGC and creator-led campaigns
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and creative reporting
