Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer who can assess Python Lead and Senior-level engineers for enterprise financial services projects.
 

The interviewer will be responsible for conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates' expertise, providing structured feedback, and validating both technical and leadership competencies.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for Python Senior and Lead candidates.
• Assess expertise in Python development, software architecture, and distributed systems.
• Evaluate experience with financial systems, market data, trading platforms, and risk management solutions.
• Validate knowledge of Python ecosystem and libraries including NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, and QuantLib.
• Assess cloud, containerization, and CI/CD experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Evaluate leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership for Lead-level candidates.
• Provide detailed written interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
