Job Description
3β5 years of experience in software QA (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven experience with UI/web application testing
Hands-on experience building UI test automation with Selenium and C#
Solid understanding of test design techniques (boundary analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with developers and product owners
Strong defect reporting and communication skillsβclear, concise, and actionable
Ability and willingness to learn warehouse structure design using a UI, guided by CAD-provided designs
Demonstrated interest in learning and applying AI-driven testing tools or approaches
Attention to detail when working from technical specifications, drawings, or CAD-derived inputs
Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
Job Responsibilities
Manual UI Testing (~30%)
Execute manual and exploratory testing on web-based UI features
Design and maintain test cases, test data, and regression scenarios
Reproduce, document, and triage defects with clear steps, evidence, and impact
Validate fixes and perform smoke/sanity checks across releases
Partner with developers and product to clarify requirements and edge cases early
Test Automation (~40%)
Develop and maintain Selenium + C# UI automation for critical user flows
Improve test stability, execution speed, and maintainability
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results
Refactor legacy tests and reduce flakiness through better waits, locators, and design patterns
Explore and apply AI-driven testing techniques (e.g., intelligent test generation, self-healing locators, risk-based prioritization, or AI-assisted test analysis)
Warehouse Structure Design (~30%)
Design warehouse structures in the UI based on CAD designs and specifications provided
Build familiarity with warehouse design concepts, structure types, and configuration workflows
Contribute feedback to improve the structure-design UI based on real-world usage and pain points
