We are a small healthcare technology startup building custom software platforms including EHR, patient management, healthcare operations, and AI-enabled applications.

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and can independently take projects from concept to production.

Requirements

• Strong React / Next.js experience
• Strong Node.js / TypeScript experience
• SQL database experience
• AWS or GCP experience
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founders

Preferred

• Healthcare, HIPAA, EHR, or FHIR experience
• Experience designing application architecture
• Startup experience
