🧩 Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to be the third member of our product trio. You ship assumption tests in 2–5 days, not 2–5 weeks. You attend customer interviews. You will love this job if you want to ship 50+ small experiments per year and actually see the outcomes move, working in a tight trio of PM, Designer, and Engineer using Teresa Torres’ continuous discovery model: one shared outcome, a single opportunity solution tree, joint discovery, and no specs thrown over the wall. You will hate this job if your dream is to build grand greenfield architectures instead of iterating quickly and learning from constant experiments.

🧩 Requirements:

• 7+ years engineering, with at least 3 shipping consumer or marketplace products in production.
• Full-stack — comfortable in TypeScript/Node + Python + SQL. Our stack: AWS/EKS, Supabase, n8n, Zoho.
• Has built feature-flag systems, A/B test harnesses, or cohort experimentation infra.
• Has worked alongside AI/ML systems in production (LLM-powered features, scoring models, automation pipelines).
• Comfortable owning a small slice end-to-end (DB → API → UI → analytics).
• Ships fast — can show 5+ production experiments shipped in any 90-day window of your career.
• English C1+; your users are American real estate investors, and communication needs to be sharp and clear.
• AI-first by default — if you are not using AI to 3x your output already, you will be behind the rest of the team.
• High ownership and strong decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing:

• Attend customer interviews alongside the PM and Designer — yes, you, in the call.
• Ship assumption tests in 2–5 days using feature flags and cohort splits, not 2–5 weeks of build.
• Build and maintain the experimentation harness so future tests take days, not weeks.
• Own slices end-to-end — database, API, UI, and analytics instrumentation.
• Scope spikes the same afternoon the designer brings a prototype to the trio.
• Monitor early signal, instrument what's missing, and decide ship-to-100% / iterate / kill with the trio.
• Build new revenue flows end-to-end when the tree calls for it — concierge first, automated second.
• Track competitor releases closely and know what they shipped before users tell you.

🧩 What we expect from you (first 3 months)
We do not do long onboarding. Access on day one, context in days, a shipped test in week one.

• End of week 1: you have paired with the CTO on the stack, have shipping access to the lead-card UI in production, and understand the end-to-end pipeline.
• End of month 1: you have shipped the first 3 assumption tests with the trio and built the experimentation harness (feature flags + cohort splits + analytics) so the next tests take days, not weeks.
• End of quarter 1 (the bar): 12+ assumption tests shipped, a new revenue-flow track built end-to-end, and the trio's test-design-to-ship cycle reduced to under 5 business days.
• How We Work With You: We use honest checkpoints at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months. We judge trajectory, not perfection. Wrong fast and corrected beats slow and safe. If the fit is wrong, both sides should know by month 2 and say it out loud.

🧩 Nice to Have:

• Experience with n8n, Supabase, or similar low-code automation engines.
• AI integration experience (OpenAI API, Anthropic API, vector databases, RAG systems).
• Marketplace, lead-gen, or real estate domain experience.
• Has worked on lead-scoring or fraud-detection systems.
• Has worked in a trio model before.
