About Us

We are an international iGaming company operating globally since 2020. Our portfolio includes several successful Sportsbook and Casino brands. Over the past year, we have doubled our business scale and were recognized as the Best Sportsbook Operator at the SiGMA Awards.

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence, drive business performance, and support the company's strategic expansion.
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the business.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across key business units.
  • Define operational KPIs and ensure their successful achievement.
  • Analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly.
  • Manage operational risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.
     

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role such as COO, Head of Operations, Head of Casino, Head of Sportsbook, Head of Regions, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products in new markets while achieving business KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of online casino and sportsbook operations.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple business functions within an iGaming organization.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance and optimize business strategies.
