Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will become a part of the company’s business growth and play a key role in building a pipeline of potential clients and developing new business opportunities in the areas of Software Development, AI/ML, and Data Engineering.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys researching the market, identifying promising companies, understanding their needs, and testing different approaches to client acquisition. What You'll Focus On
• Managing the full lead generation cycle, from identifying target companies to booking meetings.
• Running LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Working with ICPs, audience segmentation, and personalized communication.
• Exploring new channels and approaches to client acquisition.
• Managing and maintaining accurate data in HubSpot CRM.
• Analyzing campaign performance and improving conversion rates.
• Supporting lead generation activities around conferences, industry events, and professional communities.
• Participating in initial qualification calls with prospective clients when needed.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.
• Experience working within IT Services, Outsourcing, or Outstaffing companies.
• Hands-on experience managing the full lead generation cycle.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using LinkedHelper, We-Connect, Dripify, or similar outreach automation tools.
• Experience with Apollo.io, Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar email outreach platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English level or higher.
• A proactive mindset, independence, and strong analytical thinking skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience generating leads for AI/ML, Data Engineering, or other technology-focused services.
• Experience using Crunchbase, Reddit, and other alternative prospecting channels.
• Previous experience in Sales, SDR, or Business Development roles.
• Experience conducting qualification or discovery calls in English.
